• Upon signing you will receive the wire instructions to send your refundable deposit by wire transfer of $5,000 to Anchor Title who will hold your money in trust.
• Anchor Title will assign you a number on the waiting list based on the receipt of your wire transfer (wires are date and time-stamped)
• LSV Motorcoach Resort will put you on an e-mail list to send you bi-weekly updates on the resort so that you are kept up with the construction and progress.
• We will keep you updated on progress so you will be able to prepare when it is time to go to full contract on the purchase of your chosen lot.
• When we go to contract a 25% non-refundable earnest money deposit, proof of funds or pre-approval letter and full contract will be required to move forward with purchase.
• Lot prices start at $250,000 and include a minimum paver parking pad. Waterfront lots, upgrades, pavilions and options, desirable lot locations and larger lot sizes may effect the lot purchase price. The bi-weekly update will publish these prices several weeks or months ahead of time before going to full contract so you can prepare your finances with plenty of time.
• As a reminder LSV Motorcoach Resort is open to Class A and Super C coaches only and if your coach is over 10 years old a photo and management approval is required to occupy a lot.
